1- Don't know what it is. What kind of file was it?

  1. UI Dots are saved work display/screen setups. When you have your work area set up the way you want. Click one of those buttons and it waill save it. I have a few different setups depending on the image rez  eg - 600X800, 800X600, 1024X1024 and so on. I want the tools and lights set up for those work windows. With the saved dots, all I have to do is click one to get the setup I want..

To remove a dot, (ALT_Rightclick)

There are alsoPose and Camera dots, handy for saving Poses when working on clothroom, animations and so on. Same for the cameras.

Sorry could not upload the file of course because it's a *.pzz file, if I could send it to you to try that would be swell. As for the dots, I tried many times do that. First I removed the the and then set up my workspace hit the dot and it reverted to the old setup. Thanks

Sending a pzz file to another person generally won't do much good unless you have included everything needed for the scene or the recipient has all of the elements used in the scene. I think P6 has an uncompress script, if so, try it to uncompress your pzz file. Turn off Poser's compresion and see if it will load.

I must remember to remember what it was I had to remember.

Attached Link: Dr.Geep Poser tutorials.

Try what nickshield suggested.

As for the dots, you are saving on a gray dot right? If it is color it is a set dot.

Try Dr.Geeps tutorials. He has one for the uI dots, I think it is in the P4 tutorials. If not look around the rest of the lesson.
