Nice new version; the definition on the texture is much sharper. Sorry to hear about the artritis. I suffer from RSI in my mouse hand and know how uncomfortable joint pain can be. I've started using a graphics pen (Wacom Graphire) and that seems to be improving things, as holding a pen is more natural. Anyway, you asked for my e-mail address. Its: isaacnewton@chello.nl Feel free to drop into my site at: http://isaacnewton3d.com Thanks in advance for the texture. Isaac

Very cute! What a little sweetie. I love the dress and the texture. Can you tell us what you used. I would very much like to try it out. IsaacNewton

Thanks for the tip rtamesis. It sounds like it is a method that a computer would be good at, if only someone would/could write a program to do it! Thanks anyway, I'll have a look. IsaacNewton

Hey Traveller, Jaager, Thanks guys, I'll give it a whirl. But I think I'd better look at the tutorial as well. I'm a bit slow on the uptake sometimes; old age, you know :) IsaacNewton

I guess you're right. I don't know how Zygote does it. (Maybe you can explain, if you have time?) As for lights going on... that's how I work all the time...I stumble about in the dark until I find the light switch. Unfortunately, I don't always like what I see, so I switch it off and go look for another :) IsaacNewton

Jaager, I think you've hit it there. The problem comes from the fact that if you move an object in poser and then try to apply a morph that was made from a copy of it in a particular location in Poser Space, then it morphs back to it's original location. A real pain in the butt. What you can do, of course, is keep a copy of the original prop and any morphs, then if you want to add morphs to the prop later, you can use the original prop to make them from and then reload all the morphs again. It's laborious but it works. IsaacNewton

Vickie in drag, is it? Teehee :) You're right of course, I tried to make him look older than 18, by using some age morphs from Morph World (thanks Trav.) but without too much success, obviously! Maybe I should try altering his face texture? Re the clouds, what I actually did was copy some clouds from a cloud picture, but I'll look into your suggestion, thanks. IsaacNewton

Perhaps, Scott, you would be kind enough to show be some of your own fine work. So, a dumb ol' boy like me can look and learn. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Actually, Shay (may I call you Shay?) I am very much interested in improving my work, as you might have noticed if you had taken the time to actually read my previous reply. Doubtless, there is indeed much room for improvement, and I'm willing to learn. You are right about one thing, at least, the Forum isn't anybody's personal anything. Which, of course, is the point of my previous complaints. BTW do you have any nice artwork to show me, so that I can become a better artist myself? IsaacNewton

Well, thanks for your own special brand of subtle and razor sharp wit, ScottA. The suggestion to make morphs for the joints at extreme bending positions is a good one. Moreover, one I am capable of trying. As your sharp senses obviously picked up from the picture I posted. Increasing the map size is an idea I have heard before but obviously forgot. Thanks for the reminder. One's memory starts to decline after passing puberty, as you'll no doubt find out for yourself one day. As for adjusting joint parameters; I may indeed be too stupid, too old, too fat or just plain too ugly to work out the best way of using the jp's, but when I have an image that is really important to me I might give it a try. Regarding all the JH B.S. as you call it, have you ever read 1984, by G.Orwell? 'Suppose not, well you could try Animal Farm, by the same author, I hear there is a comic-book version of that. Thanks again for the useful suggestions. IsaacNewton

Good point, Bongo. I know I would have to be desperate to do so. Even then I would expect a pig in a poke!
