11 hours in and do we know where market place support is? Nope. This is what I get when I click on the invoice of my item. I can find what I bought in my Items list via artist...but I have no clue what the grab bag item is.

Also when I go to my Account, I'm only seeing 3 orders and I have 4 emails for 4 purchases. Plus, when I search via old to new purchases so I can click on the new to old, I still only get 3 showing up. I click on old to new again and scroll through ALL my purchases to the very end and now I'm only seeing 2 purchases for todays date.

Ah I see the drop down now. Blended in so I didn't see it. I think I was O.O when I saw all those vendor icons show up on my screen.
I wish you'd mandate a template for them then for the size of their image, that way it's always one size regardless if they fill it in or not. Watching a screen that blips up and then down and then up and then down is enough to make you sea sick :) Not to mention you go to click on something and then blip the your cursor doesn't land on the link because the page jumped up enough to take it out of range.

Running ad banner along the top of the page in Marketplace, where it slides along with 4 or 5 different vendor items...can you please fix the size of the thumbs so they're all the same size, one set is slightly smaller than the others and it makes the page go up or down each time they rotate and it's a headache maker.
While I'm here can you add the alphabet link in the Vendors section, so if I want to check out a vendors page whose name begins with the letter S and I can't remember the exact spelling of it...that I'm not scrolling down a huge long list of vendors, waiting for the page to load when I reach the end of each page, to find my person, I can go straight to the S's and scroll down...it would be very helpful, thank you :)

You know a few years ago there was a rash of spam emails that was hitting people. The kind that said they had a wealthy client who needed to give away his massive fortunes, etc. For weeks we went around and around with Renderosity about there being a leak and they kept saying the same old story: Our servers are secure, there have been no hacks, I had created a new email and let it sit dormant for a few weeks, had nothing hit it so I assigned that email address to my Rendo account and suddenly within like 2 days I was getting spammed with scam messages.....and then I think about 2 months after it had all started Rendo finally admitted that there had been a break in and information was taken. I just remembered how so up front in our face they were about how it wasn't on their end, beating on the their system was safe and secure drum.
If you don't keep up on your security, you're going to get hacked. Too many businesses don't spend the $$ on keeping their systems updated and they run with outdated operating software, because it's cheap...and low lives out there are always picking and poking around to find a weakness and once they get in....this happens. Yesterday it was emails, today credit card information. I would like to see businesses held accountable for peoples losses because of their lazy IT habits.
I agree with others that there should have been a front page article on this subject. Because if I hadn't been bored this evening, and just scrolling around, I would not have seen this thread. I get a lot of mail on the email address I use for this site, and I found this message in Promotions tab with Chrome which files emails based on how merchants sends them out...so way to go Rendo. Why not send a message to my Renderosity site mail instead? After all what is site mail for?

I agree with you. I found Vue4 on a magazine as a freebie on the disk. Upgraded to Vue5 and then Vue6 and then was given a last chance upgrade to Vue11.
Vue is a program I would love to learn how to use properly to produce some good backgrounds for the images I do in Poser. But I'm having problems navigating around it, getting it to produce something decent, because mainly needed a better computer. Each time Vue upgraded, the gap between computer and edition became. But I kept upgrading because I didn't want to lose out on a program that I could really use...if only....
If only I could find decent tutorials to help me produce something, to help me gain more confidence that I can make something with Vue. Without the price tags, why does it seem all tutorials for this program has a price tag on it. The higher price the program is, it seems the less chances there are for people to be generous with their knowledge and help others who are in the shoes they used be in. Ask questions and it's crickets I must not have used the secret code word in my post....as the Vue community is a secret society, that just answers why help costs and you don't get answers to questions because of not being a season ticket holder.
Maybe I'm not looking in the right direction. I'll keep plugging away at Vue, but unless I get a good deal, V11 is probably going to be my last Vue edition.

Would be nice if merchants who are jumping ship would give a 30 day notice to allow buyers with established accounts here purchase their stuff and clear wishlists. Some people may not want to shop at the other store, or want to create another account or simply want to keep all their files located at one shop.
