I have been using Vue with Vista and have never encountered this problem. Very interesting. Really curious myself why this would happen.

Sounds similar to the way of "faking" it in Cinema 4D as well. I never though of doing this in Vue though. An interesting tip to try for sure thanks guys.

Well, if that is indeed the case (as it seems to be)Â then i stand corrected and find yet again another reason why it was useless for me to go to college:D But alas, I am also a gamer, so for me...i am stuck with my non Quatro cards:D

Nvidia is most definately the way to go for Video cards...and dont swallow that "Quatro" garbage you dont need it. I run an older 8800 GTS 650M and that is more than enough(;

I KNEW it was gonna be a tough one when i suggested it for a contest about 3-4 months ago...but no one here was biting:D

I still say it would make a really kick ass contest with prizes and stuff...as it is a wicked nasty challenge, and has everything Vue is made for(;

Thread: Copy/paste shaders in Vue7 impossible? | Forum: Vue
Bugs are irrelevant for me as far as upgrades go. Vue with all it idiocincrasies is still THE BEST at what it does. Theres several complaints here and other places, it is normal. I just thought since e-on has gone "global" over the past couple years the bugs would be minimal...or far less upon release. I am a vendor over at C3D, so Vue is my one true love:D BUGSÂ ANDÂ ALL(; Bugs do not worry me, just bothers me that a company cannot seem to get there eggs all in one basket.

just export as .obj convert mats for Bryce in options and voila..it is leaps and bound better than Poser import..and far less of a chunk of memory. and Vue ALWAYS find your mats(; weell 98% of the time anyway:D
