"which are your sources for the rock samples" .. the rock samples? I don't use samples (lol) and I play the guitare on every tracks. Maybe you are talking aubout the song "Luv like blood" ? It's a cover of Killing joke's song that was released in the early 80th.

Yes the Virus is a good Synth, I don't have any hardware synth but VSTi (free) with a 5 octaves masterKeyboard (cheap but enough for me)

The best way to get greebles in bryce is to paint them using Black and white .. and apply that pic as an elevation map in the terrain editor.. you can create amazing stuff using that method.
