a good way to calibrate your monitor, is to use a color printer, make a color image that squares of the 3 primary colors (RGB) along with several shades of black grey and white, each square with one free block beside it print this one out from your app, best with a true color profile if it is available for your printer (or best quality setting if not) now cut out the free blocks, and hold it up against your monitor (still with your painting app open and the same image shown), adjust brigthness, contrast and color so that the blocks match as good as possible. that way you get a WYSIWYG print view, and your color setting should be in par with your contrast and brightness setting (if i remember correctly, there are several of these color correction charts available on the net, some monitor manufacturers have them available on there websites), and this works for both CRT and TFT

the ACE files could be unpacked on a Mac using MacUnAce, (free on www.winace.com) but the ACE files at the moment only contain the manikin files for work with Tailor, as i said they will not work with MorphManager i'll look in on creating the "MorphContainer" for use with MorphManager during the next days (time permitted of course) but if something like this container is possible or not, i need to make it pretty save, since the container could be used to move the original morphs to any figure, i could get into trouble with license rights, but i'll see what i can come up with (one thing for certain, the files will be encoded, probably using OBActionMover since this tool is available on the Mac too)

@Barbarellany sorry since i do not have a Mac available, you would need to use some tool like MacConverter on them you can find this tool on the site in the attached link normally it should be possible to open the zip file on the mac extract the files and use MacConverter on them to make them Mac compatible, but since i don't have a Mac i can't verify this.Thread: Unimesh Manniquins & JP Poses | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Strixowl, no need to appologize, no harm done i have no problem if anyone downloads the files and hosts them on his own server, you can post these links anywhere you like (you can make it available via ED2K as well) for all the Mac users, sorry that this is not usable right "out of the box" for you, as i said i'll look in on doing a "Morphcontainer" that can be used with MorphManager (or Mac equivalent) to archieve the same results, should be possible as far as i can think about it at the moment, but ths may take some time

@Barbarellany sorry as far as i can look in on it MorphManger can not be used for this, since the manikin files, just contain single body part, morph manager would just mover over the morph target for the hip area (since the single body part contained in the manikins is named hip) applying the JP settings can be doen on the Mac as well as the JP files are simple PZ2 (Pose) files that update the JP settings for the selected figure. if i do find the time, i may look in on doing a morph container that can be used with MorphManager to transfer the morph targets from the container to the clothing item

Since you are keen on it, here is the link to the forum on the DAZ3D site, as it is located inside the members only forum, you would need to be logged in.about posting direct links, i hope nobody does this without my authorization, since the files are hosted on my server
if you are unable to visit the members only forum on the DAZ3D site, you can wait a bit and it will be available in the Tutorial section on the DAZ site too
sorry if this sounds harsh, yes the files are free, yes they can be used by everyone, but i don't want others to make off-site links to files on my server (bandwidth leeching is not nice) Hope you can understand
