Pretty late to reply to this thread, but I came across this thread. I've been gone a while but I just wanted to clarify I actually modeled the robot I didnt revamp anyone elses model. Hopefully soon I'll have a site again and my models will be available again.

Morphs are pretty minimal right now, There is some ERC to make the Harness Rig Fit over the cloak and make all the parents morphs move with the more. The are some hood morphs on the cloak for size and to make it fit over big hair or something and a morph to pull it back. Otherwise that's all for now. In the future though I plan to make morphs coincide with M3 body morphs, muscles and fat and all that. And I'll be making some expansion sets right now I've got planned High Elf, Wood Elf, Horse Man, and Battle Worn. I may also take some suggestions :)

Oh yeah the sheath is a smart prop parented to the body part named "draw" if that helps any.

Yeah that turned out the be the problem all along i guess was the phi I had it like:
1 Hip 2 Abdomen 3 Chest 4 lCollar 5 lShldr 6 lForeArm 7 lHand 4 rCollar 5 rShldr 6 rForeArm 7 rHand 4 neck 5 upperneck i just had to change it to 1 Hip 2 Abdomen 3 Chest 4 neck 5 upNeck 4 rCollar 5 rShldr 6 rForeArm 7 rHand 4 lCollar 5 lShldr 6 lForeArm 7 lHand
Figures it would end up being something that simple...

Ok now I feel like a complete dope, I just went in the the hierarchy editor and move the neck and upper neck up in the order and everything work fine now! Even though the neck was parented to the chest still and the upper neck to the neck, after I moved it up in the list it works fine, kinda weird.. Anyway here it is, now I get to start on making morphs for it :D
Thanks everyone for you help!

Would the fact that I did it the old fashioned way and created a PHI file be causing this?

OK just to clarify it fits perfectly around the viki geometry(blmilwoman.obj), and when I load it into poser, if I turn of the leg IK's on viki and zero the figure the dress fits perfectly around her still, with out having to adjust its position in either case. But then when I conform it everything of the waste seems to shift a little to the left. As far as adding the head that didn't seem to make any different at all.

I'll try adding the head Phil, Bloodsong I've used your tutorial to make a working version, but I'm kinda trying to figure out how to do it without using an existing cr2 :) As far as modeling it, I've noticed all the other clothing are modeling around a no OK and zerod version of viki, the geometrys fit around and export but not her geometry. I did try zero'ing it before I added it to the library, and your right before I conform it to her it doesn't fit, unless she has IK off and is zerod. As far as fantom body parts I added small cubes in place of the neck upperneck, and hands if that's what you mean?

Yes Virus I added a peice that conforms to the neck, but it shouldn't be turned off in the cr2.

The problem isn't with the legs Storm, those slits are supposed to be there :) My problem is with the upper body.
