It seems to work okay now.  Turns out it wasn't just the hair, but the shoes as well.

Apart from the eyebrows problem, I just don't like V4's face.  Just seems like there was a lot more I could change with V3's face.  But then there are custom morphs I use with V3 as well, as well as morphs made by people here on Renderosity (such as Leila), so until there are a lot more available for V4 as well I probably won't use her as much.

Well that's improved things slightly... I've also reduced the size of the textures (even though like I've said, I can use other hairs without any problems).  For some reason the Sabrina hair seems far more intensive on Poser's resources than an object it's size has any right to be

Yes, same things happened to me on two items I bought last night... Tomiyo and Music Girl. Should someone happen to fix this I'll need a reset on those items too.
