Welcome to Renderosity!!!  I just KNOW you're gonna have a great time here!  It takes TONS.... and I do mean TONS of patience working with DAZ or other similar programs.  So I hope you're loaded with it! lol. 

I have the same problem understanding where things go... but the folks here are awesome when it comes to helping us understand the how to's!

Hi, Everyone!  I'm baaaaaaack! lol.  I haven't had ANY time to play around with my DAZ for the longest!  I mean like, whoa! Where have I been!? lol. 

Ok, Now, I'm reeeeeeallly serious about learning this stuff.  I'm actually MAKING time to read the User Guide and doing the tuts as it says.  BUT I do have a question:

How do I make the character like Michael and Vic my own? I mean, Can I change their faces to something else?... you know.. make it look like someone else? Is there a tut for that? and where would I find it?

OK  thanks for all your help... I have another questions...

When I open DAZ, it seems like there's more and more files open of the same thing.. more each time I open it... Does it have a cashe that needs to be cleared out or something?  and How do I do it?  I tried clearing out my temp folders but that didn't do it.

Also... Where do the png, jpeg's etc go?    Actually what goes into each folder?  Can't I have just one runtime folder, one Content folder, one Studio folder, one Readme folder... etc?  Does each character have to have it's own folder?  If so, What goes into those folders?

Another question.  Where do I put all the stuff I dl'd... They all were zips. which I extracted into a folder just for "my daz stuff", but I read somewhere that all of that has to go directly into the daz folder... how do I know which one goes where?  Thanks!
