Had no trouble rendering in separate process.

New Material room tab looks useful.

No change to Hierarchy panel, which has been my major gripe since Poser 7.

I don't use Superfly, so I'm not seeing a reason to update at this point.

(edit) That was all I was going to say until I tried Superfly just to be fair. Tried the PostFx. Attempted to apply denoise. HARD REBOOT!

Oh, I see. It put them into "C:UsersPublicDocumentsPoser 11 Content" (Installer offers Hobson's choice)

Despite my ACTUAL runtime being "D:3D ModelsPoserLibrariesPoser 11 Content"

I just installed Poser 11.3 (from 11.2) to get L'Homme. Installed the main installer AND PoserSupport.exe.

Now I have neither L'Homme or La Femme in my Poser 11 Runtime.

I don't see a separate download for them. La Femme download seems to be clothing only.

How do I find them, please?

That link did prompt me to open the Path Palette for the first time!

1. Material room file selection: include a radio button to force Gamma to 1.0 (for bump map etc), and don't change it when a new texture is loaded.

(I just had to change 10 textures on a model, and for every bump map had to click "Custom Gamma value" and type '1' into the Gamma field even though the original texture was already set to 1.0. Grrr...

I was lucky it was only bump - might have had displacment, normal, tranparency and metallic (as a mask) in there as well. Once is an annoyance - multiple times on multiple materials is a serious hit to productivity.

CHK2033, thanks for the RHClick tip - didn't know that was there. BUT, it doesn't work in the Simple tab. (In the Simple tab, you can copy/paste an entire material without worrying about what nodes are selected.)

The silly little arrow is under this menu - and the arrow is doubly silly ever since they put another silly little arrow right next to it, so it's easy to click on the wrong one!

Low-hanging fruit:

1. Too much info in Hierarchy panel. Either start with all branches collapsed, or add a 'Collapse All' button, to save doing it by hand over and over again. Oft-requested feature.
2. Too much info in Hierarchy panel. Add a checkbox to hide IK Chains.
3. Material Room: add Copy, Paste, Paste All buttons to the UI to replace that silly little top corner arrow menu.

e.g. there's now one PropsAndTransportation.zip, vs two when I first downloaded.

So.. what exactly is the Product Manager's role?

Eventually got a response from Smith Micro.  Sounds like they were having trouble getting a response from e-frontier.

"The Products should be active again soon. There was some misunderstanding within e frontier, the sellers of the figure."

Smith Micro told me this on 9 October:

"e frontier are the licensed distributors of Near Me and Terai Yuki. Both figures were removed from sale. We are trying to obtain some details at this time."

Not entirely helpful.

Well, I've come back this morning hoping to find that the horrible new site was just transitory and that the old aesthetic would be back once things settled down.

It seems not.

Some of my friends have been ripping on the Rendo=DAZ3D theme - hence the logo above.  It's not a compliment.  Seriously.
