You can use uvmapper to do this, just import the .obj, make your selection and go under Tools/Weld or Split vertices. It will make it sharp again. There's a free version of uvmapper as well that you can use.Thread: What are these folders ? & what do they do. Gamevoice,Gravis,&Strategic command | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I just IMed Methastopholis but for the record I just want to say that my products have nothing to do with these files that are mentioned. My Renderosity and RDNA products are in zip files so they can be unzipped and checked along with the files list included in the readme. Also the DAZ installers are the same for all brokers I assume and we don't make them but DAZ does. Again, this installer .exe from DAZ can be installed in any folder so you can go through all the folders and check to see what you're installing. You should find they all correspond to the included file list in the readme as well. As for Posergamers, that was the name of my site in it's many but short-lived incarnations. I chose that name because most of my characters are based on RPG character types, hence Poser + Gamers :)) Hope this clears things up a bit. Btw, some of my characters have been used by others to make sprites for game add-ons and mods, such as Myth, etc. Maybe that's causing the confusion?

Thanks for the response everyone! Didn't get any ebots for a while so it's a good thing I just checked :) Lol@Moonbiter, it could be worse, she could also be addicted to Poser like my wife is, better to just make her the picture! Chuck, thanks for the support! The Shadocat's next btw. Oh, and I'm in the process of updating the textures for the Artemis lingerie so if you do get them and some MAT's don't work, don't worry. As Shanim updated the set and changed the mapping so I have to redo some textures. Khai, MW4: Vengeance is excellent and the expansion Mercenaries is so addictive! Too bad they won't be coming out with a MW5 :( Thanks for all the feedback guys!

Hi Lyrra, Sorry to disappoint you but don't expect them any time soon :) You see, I don't model these mechs, Pawel Czarnecki does and I do the uvmapping, texturing and poserizing. These are all new generation mechs that he's done (after 3050) most of them come just with gun racks attached to the arm extensions. And as for a locust type one I don't think he's done one but I will be getting started on a bunch of other light mechs soon.

Sure, here you go! And Chuck got it right :) The Chimera's next and then the Madcat!Thread: For Mechwarrior fans Part II | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
rw2psr, you don't need an .obj - I assembled it inside Poser 4 so it works without one. But if you need to use it in another 3D program, just export it as an obj from Poser. Hehehe, Chuck, a hint: It's name is also that of a mythological creature :)

Thanks for the feedback everyone! This took a bit longer, I started out trying to get one out a week but I was delayed. I'm almost finished with the next one (not saying what!) and then I promise to do the Madcat after that :) I assume you will all have finished your first missions requiring the medium mechs and gathered enough C-Bills to get the Madcat!!! Oh, and rw2psr, my bad, I should have said they're in RDNA's Free Stuff.Thread: For MechWarrior Fans | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL

Thanks everyone!! Bonni, the M3 and David tunics share the same UVs and the V3 and SP tunics another one. So basically you can interchange between the two guys or the two girls not among all 4 unfortunatly, but the boots are the same for all. In the Female Dwarfs pack I've used the V3 and SP tunic pak so there are already chain, studded and scale mails for the women too. You don't necessarily have to use the MOR for V3 and can just apply everything to the default V3/SP.

And, as in all my texture packs, there are props to complete the looks shown. In this one there are 14 unique props but parented to both M3 and David for ease of use - swords are also parented both to the right hand and each to its respective scabbard totalling in 36 prop files in all! Props included are: Bastard Sword and scabbard Rolled Blanket Dagger Heavy Spear Helmet Helmridge Helmwings Long Sword Scabbard Pouch Satchel Shield Short Sword Short Sword Scabbard Follow the link for more details!Thread: RPG Series Part III: Female Dwarf Warriors | Forum: MarketPlace Showcase

Thread: What do you think about promotional images in the gallery? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
I think some of the products out there can be classified as art in themselves! And I agree, promotion is usually done in the way something is worded. Just a simple credit or mention of what's used, even if it is your own product shouldn't really cause any fluster. Besides you wouldn't believe how many people never even READ the comments - they write and ask for information that is already included in the image's comments :)
