It's not as difficult as it looks. Load an item of clothing, select who the original clothing is meant to fit, e.g. V3 for the V3MFD. Then select the character you wish to fit it to (you must have a licence to do this) and click convert clothing. The other options there are for tweaking. If you need any help your best bet is to contact the evil innocence people, they're really helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Ooh, I'd suggest EvilInnocence's Cross Dresser with the v4.2 morph pack. It's fantastic for fine tuning clothing
