Thanks for the replies all. I contacted BLRender that did the figure creation book for Poser and he pretty much told me the same. Guess I'm going to have to baby-step it. If anything else at least I now know it isn't the computer or me being a complete moron. Thanks again for everyone's input.

I didn't make using a PHI file but by using the hierarchy editor in Poser. And now that I think of it, it does freeze up when I am working close such as on the fingers and hands. Is there an advantage to create it by using the PHI builder and is their other alternatives to joint editing using other software besides Poser or 3D Studio Max?

I think I may just have to bump up the OS. I checked the temp of the CPU and it is holding steady between 125 and 128...not sure if that is too high or not. I'm not so sure it is a heat issue as the temp is about the same when I have say Dreamweaver or Photoshop running and I am not experiencing any probs with them. A friend of mine said that the problem could be linked to a file called Tpkd.vxd. Anyone have any info on this file and how that could affect Poser?

What you can do is take the Casual man and change the figure height. Go to Figure:Figure Height/Adolescent. Then with a little bit of parameter tweaking and some morphs for the head to create a youthful face you'll have the P4 boy with long pants.
