I bought Pablo, the predesessor (sp) to this tablet for about $75 2 years ago for my daughter and she felt it was no comparison to my wacom. Handle it very carefully. My daughter's broke in less than a year. Depends on what you use it for I suppose.

Seems like you got the brunt of some pent up anger. I am always amazed at how some members can pick out a texture's origin even with dark lighting and alterations. It is handy when you can't remember where you got something from. If this is a purchased product, I don't see any need to promte the origin with each use. If there is that much attachment, maybe the merchant should have kept the product for themself. In this case the artist attempted to credit creators. I don't believe there is any sign of an attempt to purposely leave MnD out and a general remark about lights and morphs may have been misleading, but I doubt evil in intent. A polite IM would have sufficed. I bet there would have been an additional note added by the artist with out any uglyness. Don't bother looking for my gallery pages. I don't post here. I come to learn. As an unknown beginer, I don't know that I would get help by posting and would prefer not to suffer ridicule ( I do enough of that to myself, thank you) or probably worse not get any comment at all. By the way, nice work ever.

That is probably so Kalypso. Also, you have a semi nude with an interesting texturing idea and I think that anything with nudity gets many more hits. As I recall there is a very high membership here and not everyone is a participating artist. I have read in other threads that there is a belief that some only come for the nudes.

If you look at the gallery you will see this work gets alot of hits. A previous work also was very high so it would explain catching attention again. Then the high viewings would perk other's interest. I believe in this case the numbers are valid.

I don't know, was the quality of the silence the same? I would expect that what the court heard was a record that through time might have some pops and whistles. Cleaning it up digitally would be altering that version to infringe on the new version. LOL But actually this could be the arguement or are they arguing that the idea of recording silence is the copyright, not the actual silence. I can't believe the court actually listened to compare. Maybe it's the heat.

I can load a psd in poser ppp and it works, Just added weight though. Jpeg is lighter for the system. By giving the psd though, you allow the recipiant to convert to the level jpeg they want and offer the opportunity to make adjustments from a non compressed state.

At first I thought there were differences in the wings as well. Then I realized that the wings on the top one don't include an addition but is just the other wing showing in the view. The claws at first also seemed different for the same reason.
