Thanks a lot for your understanding and time involved in putting together these free items, it really is much appreciated.
I was previously unaware of Zipx, but now i have checked it out, it is a more efficient archiving product, just too bad it is not cross platform.

Even renaming them to zip does not get them to open on Macs, there is no current Zipx expander available for Mac computers.
Please do re-zip them to a regular zip format then anyone can get them.

Currently it is for Poser 6 prop format with poser Materials applied, no uv map all surfaces are planar mapped.
If you wish this prop to see if it works for you just Message me here on Renderosity and if you supply your email i will send it to you.
3 walls , floor, 3 doors, 1 window. If you want changes let me know.

I am not liking the idea of having to pay for updates. If you dont take the maintenance pak then you pay for every upgrade to Vue7 that you want/bugfix need. This could get very pricey very fast.

Tiny, Glad it worked out for you.
Modeling these types of objects in Lightwave are quite quick to do, and good practice. LOL

The second one, the railroad ties are dark which mimics real wood ties which are oil soaked to preserve them for a longer time by protecting them from rain etc. Don't need them rotting and derailing the 9:10 from Yuma LOL.

Yeah i hear you, it probably would have helped the housing industry ride through this recession if the US government wouldn't have slapped a 35% tarrif on Canadian lumber imports, new homes would have stayed cheaper and people could still afford to buy.
Got to love the big business lobby groups, hurt everyone else so that they can profit.
