Thank you, RedPhantom. But does that mean "Unlike" is not a downvote? In other words there's no negative mark in this system. Just positive "Like" or nothing "Unlike"? Obviously, I'm old and not completely hip to this social media world. :-)

Thread: How will we access patches for Poser versions older than Poser 11? | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Yes, that's my concern (about access to already released downloads and updates). I expect there's a lot of money out the door for the purchase and transition and that they're going to want to start showing some income. And the inclusion of the HiveWire products in the upcoming update to version 11 is nice. However, it seems dropping access to old versions/updates could buy them some hard feelings if people no longer have access to distribution files and patches for earlier versions of the software.
It's just a hobby for me. I'll be installing the older versions (I have physical media :-) ) mostly to pick up items from the libraries that may have dropped off later versions. Although, I would have liked to update to the latest SR. But for people who try to make a little coin off their rendors it could be more painful next time they have to rebuild a system or switch to a new system. I've noticed not everyone worries about business continuity to the same degree.
It would be nice if the digital downloads for previous releases and updates would be added to our Account even if the old versions don't get any new updates.
I'm still hoping to see an official answer.

Thread: missing product page for Exnem Ole Clubwear for G3 Female? | Forum: MarketPlace Customers
It's listed on the "Deals" page as a new item part of the "April 2018 - CGspree by Exnem" and I wanted to take a look at it since it was on sale until Monday. Any chance it will be brought back into the store before the sale ends?
Thanks!

I put the items back in the cart. If you can complete the order with the payment already made that would be great. Otherwise, if you issue a refund or credit that would work, too.
Thank you!

I also have a follower, JessicaPerez8, who joined Dec 21 and who is following 4881 people with no one following "her". Is that account also locked/blocked/whatever?
If it actually gets deleted can I expect that it will no longer show up as following me? There doesn't seem to be a way to ban/block followers.

Thanks JeniferC ! Both orders are working fine for me, too, now. I've been able to download the items and the FREE BOGO items. I appreciate the help and the Sales!

I believe there might be more to the problem than just during the Grab Bag sale. The Grab Bag sale was listed as 10/30 through 10/31. However, after a quick check of my purchases I see that on 10/25/2014 I purchased an item I had previously purchased on 09/27/2013. (I'll submit a separate e-mail to the address mentioned for requesting store credit later today).
For a variety of reasons these last couple months have been a blur for me. And I feel like I've caught myself almost repurchasing items a number of times because they weren't tagged as Purchased and not just over the last few days.
Rather than disabling duplicate purchase warning during certain promotions, perhaps the web site could leave the "Add to Cart" button functioning and add an additional banner indicating the item had been previously purchase.Â
Basically, uncouple the "Purchased" warning from the "Add to Cart" ability. That would remove the need to change behavior during Grab Bag or other special promotions.
It's something to consider.Â
And I do want to add a Thank You to all the staff and volunteers who work to address our issues.
