Hi Retrocity,
Of course we'll keep that in mind. But like I said, we're just starting and we're all around 40, located in the Netherlands, so a big breakthrough won't happen that soon! :)
But you never know and we will then make sure that the people helping us will be honored and paid for.
I'm really curious what people come up with. I can do nice work myself, but I'm never satisfied anyway and it's always better when real artists do some work on it.
Thread: Graphics Tablets need help...Please | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Wacom works perfectly fine with XP. I installed USB for myself and several serial types for other friends. Only you need the new drivers for XP. But as I mentioned... sometimes the upgrade misses the appropriate .dll's cos they didn't include it in the upgrade, because they expect XP to have it. If not, there are hundreds of sites with the right .dll's. Too bad you need to get rid of a perfectly good graphic tablet for only one file of not even 1 kb most of the time. All in all, the main thing is that it will work pretty soon. Hope that is the case...

What the .dll's name? You could try and do a search on that in Google and someone might have the same problem and the answer for it. I had that with a device of mine. XP missed a .dll. I did the search, found a site which provided the .dll, put it in the right folder and it worked. Hope that helps!!!

Hello there, You could let the imgage only repeat itself once and put it in the center of the page by using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). Mail me if you want to know how: john@zwaan.ws Johnnie...
Thread: Hair painting question | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Give it more depth and detail by using more shadow and highlights (photoshop tools; burn and dodge). I mean, on a real picture that size the details of hair becomes less also. Just the disadvantage of smaller images... same as skin. On a large render you will see all the tiny details and if you shrink it down those details will be lost. If you paint hair on a smaller image the hair becomes too thick and will look more like rope to be honest. Really, using darker parts for shadow and lighter for highlights will make a huge difference. When strains of hair fall over another part of the hair it will create a shadow, no matter what color hair you paint. Hope that will help you a bit...

Keukenhof, Chuck. :-) A 15 minutes drive for me and yet I only went there once in the 35 years I'm living here to show my American friends that garden. The man, Jim is really into flowers, plants and trees and he was constantly saying: And it all grows here!!! :-) Oh btw, hello everyone... My name is Johnnie and I'm just admiring your wonderful work by looking around in this forum. I do quite some photography myself, but more weddings and such! Should do more other stuff, but hey, can't do it all!!! :-) What I have seen here is great work... keep on shooting!!!Thread: Windows, windows, windows..... [WIP] | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Thread: Windows, windows, windows..... [WIP] | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Let me see... I do see a lot more... where should I start??? Nah... ;-) I agree on you with the windows... and that's what I said, they vary a lot more in height and width. Doors, and especially in this set-up, are generally 210/215 cm and mostly 100 cm wide. It's not a church door of course! Good luck with this and if you ever make another construction prop, feel free to ask me for a critical eye on details. wink You can find me in... The Attic! Hehehe...
Thread: Windows, windows, windows..... [WIP] | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
As an old constructor I can tell you that the level the bricks compared to the windows and door is not right. No one in construction could make bricks like that around a door. On a door or window the brick is always as a whole, not made smaller. That's the way the door and windows are set out before the bricklayer comes along. Just a tip. Also the scale of the bricks compared to the windows and door is far too big. Generally you have around 19 to 20 bricks on top of each other before you cover the height of the door. In most cases the brick used in this image is around 10 cm high + cementlayer = 11 cm. General doorway height around 210 to 215 cm. With windows it's another matter, cos they vary a lot more in height. No criticism, just some helpfull pointers... hopefully! :-) Sorry about my annoying small detail pointers, but that's just the experience in construction. Hope it helped you! Finest regards, Johnnie...

Hey there Richmathews, We @ [The Attic](http://www.theattic.nl), Eowyn and Swannie, would be willing to display some of Rik Martin's work on our site. We still have a Guest Gallery page to fill. And we both liked what we have seen. The Attic is a site that is visited a lot and that way I think he will get a lot of attention. We can upload some art by him and provide a link to his site. Let him contact us... What we need are some images and a short bio. Johnnie (aka Swannie)Thread: A great artist | Forum: Poser - OFFICIAL
Not that weird, considering his "free-pop-up"-host is FortuneCity and he gets his short and "free-pop-ups" go.to/-URL at V3.com. :-) Both pop-up providers, so to speak! No, I do not get any money for this.. I pay for hosting, meaning no pop-ups. :-) Thank God that the guy's name is not Ricky Martin... :-) At least this Mr. Martin is talented!

On the other hand, dear Becka... what if he'd be totally sane and done all that? Then it would have been a real problem!!!

Jimi on guitar, Janis in the choir and on drums of course Cozy. And naturally Freddie as lead singer! ;-) It's from a song I wrote some years ago... John will always be remebered... although he has to fight for his spot as bassplayer with Phil. "One by one... only the good die young!"

So x2000... you think it's THAT person? Well, I would have never thought that person would dare to do that ever again. But I guess I can be wrong also. Although, it IS something I was expecting to happen. I warned many people already some months ago and no one payed attention then. But ok, I think that people need to find out for themselves. So, x2000... you think it's that specific person? wink wink walks off shaking head
