I assume it would, but as it takes about three hours to render a single frame, I doubt my computer is up to taking on a full animation. lol At least in this lighting...

Replaced the chainmail textures with BB's chainmail Material #1 shader. (I don't think I've ever seen that many nodes in one shader before... O.O Thank you very much BB.)

Actually, its basically the same shaders that came with the Knight Templar pack, except I replaced the spherical reflection maps with raytraced reflections. Also, I adjusted the reflect node from .3 to .5
With the 'bubblewrap' mail, I tried to copy the armor metal shaders and use the existing texture maps in the proper nodes. Came up with a slightly different result from what I was expecting. lol

Are all of you that are able to skip the precalc at IC 100 using a beta of SR3 or something? Because I just tried a IC 100 render overnight and the next morning it had stalled about 75% of the way through the Indirect Lighting Precalc... (I'm still on SR2 btw)

I was playing around with aerysoul's Stone Arms and got this. Note that the regular skin looks completely fine, but the displaced stone is all splotched with blue...
Oh and I'm using emitter based lighting, so that may also have something to do with it. (There is no SSS on the emitters however.)

Rendered in Poser Pro 2012, illuminated by ambient frames and a sphere...
Using the VSS skin shader BB posted a few pages back...
(btw, I can't figure out how to actually use VSS, I ended up having to apply the material to each material zone and loading the image maps into the proper nodes...)
(Is there a way to post more than one image at a time with the attachments?)
