Jon, Haven't been around in a while but popped in today and happened to notice this. Wanted to let you know that Quantum Muse got Way behind on both checking their submissions as well as paying the writers a while back according to a newsletter they sent out. They're currently working on getting caught up apparently, so don't lose hope entirely.

This was sad,but very well done.For me,I think you did a very good job of showing the drastic differences that occur when those who are rocks for other people are alone. Thank you for the glimpse.

I liked this piece.I thought it did a good job at conveying how the heart and mind will hold onto things, even when we know there's no chance. Nice to know I'm not the only one who lets come what may when writing :) Wolf Kin

Jagill, I actually hadn't thought of it that way to be honest,but rereading it from that perspective I can see what you mean.LOL though it's definately not what I was aiming for at the time. What can I say,odd things occur when you write what pops into your head at 5am :) Wolf Kin
