Installing/uninstalling assets is very convenient with Daz Install Manager. But Renderosity does not support DIM format. I found, a long time ago, this little tool written in python. It will allow you to convert the Renderosity archive into a DIM archive that you can install/uninstall more easily ;) If the author recognizes himself, I hope he won't mind sharing this very useful tool. Run the program without parameters to know the syntax. Written in python, it can be used under Linux/Mac/Windows

I will try reinstalling 2014 Game Dev and try Snarly's script and see if it helps in QM perhaps this weekend.

Noone is questioning that.

The problem comes in now that Poser or QueueManager auto correct things where they did not before.

If there is an image plugged into diffuse AND one of the other channels now it gets auto corrected to 1.0 for us where it did not change before.  Thats the problem... so a scene that worked ok before this update gets thrashed and requires a lot of work to fix it which then ultimately gets ignored next reload.

If there was an option to use it or not i think most of us wouldn't have an issue.  Because it happens automatically is the real problem.

Many products do this wrong and thus many scenes get changed dramatically.

I restarted from scratch and deleted the Space Pilot config from the AppData folder and started over.
When I did this, the Button1 worked as indicated.
Dunno what was different, but it worked so its all good.

I tried that button1 thing and that didn't help.
Apparently its not quite the same function that it is in the Space Navigator  :(
I suppose the drivers could have changed or something.

Yes.  It just has options to invert the inputs.
Doesn't help set or unset.  (I tried).

I was not able to eliminate shadows that way either.  :(

I have shadows off already cast by the backdrop.  I don't want the characters shadows showing on the backdrop itself...  looks odd when Vicki's shadows are as tall as mountains...  :)

I think Miss Nancy may be on right track there, will have to try that.

If I used pzrXml, would the resulting Python script be distributable or would they need pzrXml too?

A functional suit of plate and chain mail. No, not a sexy chain bikini or sexually realted armor. It is a functional armor, yet still curvy and attractive. Plate type armor inspired by various fantasy artists, so not a historically accurate piece, but still would provide a reasonable amount of protection. I have a pencil sketch/drawing that I can share, once someone is suitably inteerested.

I did that, and I have the dials, but they don't do anything until I reinject the appropriate morphs. Usually the "All expressions", when I do that, then they work.
