Thank you. I'll install the Hypervue .. now off to read the PDF file.

I see nothing that indicates Pro anywhere. I did double click a plant and get an edit function. I'm new and hadn't tried that before, so does that mean it's installed? Clicking on Help/Register Additional Modules brings up the window to enter registration#. The only one I didn't add was the 'Hypervue' one. Didn't think I'd need it.

Hmmm .. I installed the modules a couple of days ago, but my splash screen still says Vue Esprit. I did enter each registration# for each module. I do see the ability to edit a plant, haven't checked others. Did I not do it correctly?

Problem Solved !! Yay !! I installed the latest beta update and the model is loading fine now. Thanks for all the help everyone.

I think so, as I've purchased others from there that load fine.

Downloaded the Queen Dovecoat again and had it automatically installed, still get the same message and it won't load. I'm using Esprit, could it have been created with Infinite and that is the problem? Frustrated and sooooooooo confused! Am I still making any sense? :)

The build is 291200 and checking for updates through Vue says no new updates, I have the latest. I have seen the beta one, but have not installed it.

I've downloaded that barn a couple of times with the same result, but will try them again. Thanks!

I do have the latest final update, but will install the latest beta. I do run as administrator as well. Just very puzzling why these three files won't load as others have loaded fine. Thanks for the help, tho.

Thank you, I'm up all night just getting acquainted with Vue and really like it so far. Maybe by tomorrow I'll be brave enough to post something. Just commented on your terrific render. Wonderful image!

Thanks for the info, bruno021. I'll do that but think I am going to do all the installs on the desktop. This laptop is lacking in ram and video ram for much intense work. Really appreciate the help here and someday I may create a Vue image worth posting. :)
