thank you for your quick response
what I did was created the top in Hexagon and then uv maped it.. after that I split it into body groups so it would conform and when I did that .. that is when I lost the uv mapping..
then I took the v3 blank cr2 and edited it to work with the shell top obj.
maybe I am going about this wrong... should I be grouping in a different program ?.. Now when I try to uv map it it is in pieces.. such as neck, lshoulder, rshoulder, chest and abdomen

I think what viters posted is what I would try... start with one light... the Sun outside the window
then render ... then add interior lighting one at a time after that, and render in between each added
light..think about where the light is coming from , ceiling light, lamp, or another room... I like to add light
as if were coming from another room to add depth to the picture... say like she left a light on in the
bedroom, or bathroom or where ever.. even from the kitchen area would be an option...
think about where the light would be in reality... and think about how dark it would really be if
the only light you had was coming from the blinds... even in the morning it would be very dark in the room
with no lights at all... As it is now in my house, as I am posting this.. .
"Think Light" is a good analogy... put yourself in her spot and image where the light is actually coming from
be it other rooms.. other windows. other light fixtures.. and also play with the settings, intensity and such..
that also helps...

in daz you can add a pin to hold the cloth in place. and reduce the friction to get the cloth to fall.. I don't know if this is possible in Poser.

Not being totally familiar with Poser, because I am mostly a DAZ user
I think can you save the whole scene as a pz3 file . put it some where that makes sense to you.
Load all your props and save as a pz3 file and they should all reopen where you repositioned them.
In DAZ I just save as a scene..
I think this will work... it works for me

What about the uv mapping... I found that after I got my stove all rigged.. the texture maps did not work.. should it all be textured before or after you spawn props
