I have added the OS and poser version but what is SR ?

im not good with the operating systems stuff or typing for that matter :( sorry

each time I get a good image in poser i think its a small miracle :)

I mean the render settings are on "Draft" not final

the back ground photo is squashed side ways with white on both sides , in a final render this does not happen .

just a bugg i guess

The full render is fine, but its when i render a quick version in firefly , that the back ground pic is squashed ?

So I cant see if the image is in the right location .

I already do them in Photoshop now after doing 2 renders, 1 lighting setup for the body and the second for the hair

I was hoping that i just had a setting wrong some where , seems if you put lights behind the figure all the hair glows , the light doesn't know there is a head blocking it , backlighting is not very good in poser .

yes im using dynamic hair . i think

im starting with jessi_short_blonde , it the hiar in the image under my name , and i am trying to straighten it when restyle it as i cant find the style I am looking for .

The link you posted didn't link to anything ?

the hair tool is very complex to use !

Thanks for your replies Miss Nancy I did not explain it fully, as I'm not great with the written word. I haven't seen the Zero gravity Football On (red dwarf) was it on the TV show or just in the book ? You are right it is like your USA Football and like Aussy rules football in zero gravity crossed with unreal tournament. The real human players are all in gyro Rings and they control the virtual players (Bots) in the Cybersphere. The drawings I posted are just to give an idea. Right now im asking for voluntary help to render 3 or 4 images of the Game so it can be shown to funding bodies to get a budget to make this animation . I would like to setup a project team who would all get work and funding if the animation gets the go ahead. I will explain the details to anyone who is interested in joining the project team. I will need a 3d modeler to create the suits and environments and 3d illustrator to create still images then later 3d animators to add movement. Also I see there is already a game called cyberball "an arcade game" and cybersphere is also taken so it needs a cool name too. Dyo

thanks I read the second tots ,where are doc geeg tuts? I still cant get it to look as good as the hair that comes with poser 6 I tryed 2 scull caps and rotated one by a few degrees but it just slow the reander time down and it looks a bit better .

I have set the setting all the same but it looks thin at the sculp

also the hires render only gets a third of the way throught the head close up and stops ?

I will try to post an example at low file size

if there is any hair experts out there I like to chat on msn or aim please

I thing I have worked out the thumbnail problem I just started using poster 4.0 on a mac g4. I think the figure is EVE 3 but i have changed the figure and saves it with a new name a few time so i not sure. I cant find the EVE 3 origanal on my computer so it could be on of the figures from the set that comes with poser. I tried to update to 4.3 but it just sits on (searching network) and dont go any feather. thanks for the help so far
