One addition, regarding contrast: I use color="8421504" within the said file posershell.xml under the eGradientBackground. This is a neutral grey which contrasts with most texts very well. Willy

It's quite simple indeed: what you have done so far is assigning new UV-coordinates. What you have left to do is just assigning the background picture you've used as a material to your newly created group (in the material room in P5, for example). Voila! It works. Willy

This is P5, right? Maybe you have doublesided faces here. Just inject a little displacement mapping (0.001 or so). The render engine will like it better. Kind regards, Willy

I'd look for the element style options. There are also the "fugure style" and " document style" options. There is a style which is named "silhouet" which gives exactly the black stuff you've shown here. Willy PS: you should use "texture shaded" instead.
