Thread: Amateur modeling and Blender 3d | Forum: 3D Modeling
and regarding wings, I tried it but didn't like the controls very much. In blender, once you get past the difficult user interface, you find out that workflow is really fast. You don't need to click on any buttons because just about everything can be done with the keyboard.
After that I decided that the model was a bit to boring, so I went on to a crazyier path as you can see above.
Thread: Okay, started another model...an elfish-anime-lady-type-thing.... | Forum: 3D Modeling
i need some screws for my lower jaw to keep it from falling to the ground every time i see one of your new models. Words don't give justice to how cool that is.
Thread: where is the love for Blender 3d???? | Forum: Community Center
blender still has a few kinks to work out but it is really very powerful. it is basically the open source alternative to Maya and has some very advanced animation tools. at the blender site there are a series of short films made in blender that will give you an idea Gimp is the open source alternative to photoshop. it has many of the same functions. It even has animated brushes so one can get some truer drawing effects. the website for gimp is www.gimp.org
Thread: forum selection drop down lists | Forum: Community Center
i also dislike the drop down list boxes... i dont know about the rest of you but I use Mozzilla with tabbed browsing. Before, I would middle click (opens a new tab) on the bryce, mojoworld, and rhino forum and I instanly had 3 seperate tabs with each forum. now i cant do that! However... there is a way around this. look at www.rhino3d.com They have different DDLBs that work better for me. maybe you could do something like that
Thread: Colors, ugggh | Forum: Community Center
i concur... the colors are a bit of a strain and i was surprised to find that you could only change the background and text color

i agree! Blender simply rocks. And how bout Gimp? Gimp is yet another open source alternative to Adobe's line of photo editors. I asked this same question to myself several months ago but figured that renderosity wouldn't support it since its free or not profitable or something. i hope im wrong though.

ok... now with the red light on the bottom. I like this idea of the super vaccum he he. Im low on time because of exams hence why it took me so long to add a red light... but will finish this... must finish this... must strive for... goodness. :) lol SeveneOfEleven: the purpose of this was to try to somehow in some smidgen of a way, mimic those uber-cool images that Rochr puts out every now and then which are just breath taking. he he. but besides that, it is something of a series I have sort of been doing which involve glowing glass tubey things which could be anything from cloning tanks to uber-vaccums. lol

well thats the things, i already made that selection. I develope and process my won black and white prints in my darkroom and if you have ever done black and white printing, you will know that it only makes sense to print the best of the best photos. generally 1 photo per roll of film. but i have come up with a solution.... put all of them on my website, then put a link! lol i dont know why i didn't think of that before.
