lynde: To get the V3 UVs to work you boot up UVmapper and load the original V3 obj " blMilWom_v3.obj " then import the uv's and save it with a new name . Being very carful not to overwrite your original . I helped a friend do it and after we made the new object files we editied a version of V3 "Victoria 3.cr2" and replaced the names with our new mesh in the cr2 useing notepad. I only found 2 different lines to replace. Though i didnt stick around long enough to see how a v2 skin worked.

Well, I ended up getting V3 after all and am dying to use some of my old V2 textures on her but cannot seem to get it to work right. Any suggestions? Kel tried the utility that you get from DAZ and thought that you had to edit a cr2 to make it work and tried that but it never loaded the obj file....was there another step we overlooked?
PS I know I can use V3 to V2 but I would really like to try to use the actual V3 body...
thanks,
Melissa
