Subject: Is anyone paying attention?

I have sent two emails to store@renderosity.com about a payment issue I would like to clear up. I have recieved no response. Up to this point, my experience with the Renderosity store has been exemplary -- I would like it to remain that way. e.d.

evilded777, I'm not sure if the E-Mails made it or not. Some store issues such as problems with Paypal will be handled during normal business hours. M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm system time. Was it a Paypal issue? Clint

Inded it was a PayPal issue. Had no idea there was such a restriction. Just out of curiosity, is that posted somewhere? thanks, e.d.

Restriction? I wouldnt call it that. Most of the staff doesnt work 7 days a week. I do, However I dont work on paypal issues. Thats handled by StaceyG and she works the hrs listed above. Clint

Ok, bad choice of words... limitation. I was upset, not anymore... I really do understand. can we delete this? I have really been very happy with my experiences here and I don't want to give anyone the wrong impression, I was just frustrated and didn't know that their were hours of operation thanks, e.d.

:) No problems at all. We can leave the thread. We have always had what I consider a notch above support in regards to customer service. I think its pretty well known that most of the issues we have in regards to the MarketPlace get handled in a timely and proper manner. StaceyG should get you cleared up on Monday. Clint
