...been getting some feedback that Renderoisty now requires (non-participating) folks to log on in order to make a "single view"... Typically, I just post a URL to the various other groups I subscribe to, and let the person decide whether they wish to view the image...plus being lazy, it saves me from having to make multiple posts with attachments, plus I thought that Renderosity wouldn't mind the extra "visitor count"...not to mention I can upload a "heavier" image here at Renderosity than I typically can on other lists/groups... While I understand why this is being done, the downside is that less folks are willing/able to go thru the routine for just a "single image view"--hence less folks are visiting Renderosity...? ...doesn't bother me one way or another...and while I know that I should be sending this to "the admin", just thought I'd pass this info onto the members here, and the moderator(s) can do with the info as they see fit. There have been lots of communications going on recently about this issue. The great debate (as it were) is having lots of one-time visitors or lots of image-sweepers. The incident of theft seems to have been high enough lately for the admins to feel this to be a necessary move (also as per requests). So far from my readings I am gathering that the community at large is split on this as well. Now, you can still send a go-to to a single image. Go to your gallery and select the image link you want from there. Similarly you should be able to send the link from your gallery (shown at the bottom of the page) ie: http://www.renderosity.com/gallery.ez?ByArtist=Yes&Artist=firefly Um, you don't need to "pitch a bitch" to me. :) I don't respond well to those most times, but I do always answer questions as best I'm able and I try to find out about the things I don't know.

You're welcome Luc2! Well :) in defense of the admin, they get the messages not only from the community but from the mods as well! It all gets dumped in their lap! As for them not answering IM's, well.... I can't comment on that because I don't know why they didn't answer them. I do know that on occasion the sheer volume of IM's that a mod or especially an admin can get causes some to get lost/forgotten unintentionally in the shuffle.
