Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Feb 06 4:35 pm)
It is NOT "selection dots" It is becourse the eyes are transmapped. What you see is Poser's way of telling you that there's a transmap or transparency applied. Only way of getting rid of them would be to remove the transparency, and in that case you would get white eyes with no iris or pupil. If you want to use millennium figures you will have to render them :o)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.
One thing you can do is just temporarily set the Transparent setting to 0 on the offending items. (Be sure to write down or otherwise save the original settings!) This is time-consuming, but is worthwhile if you're doing a long series of adjustments in animation and need to get a better sense of what things look like. It's probably not worthwhile if you just dislike the dots!

Actually, there's another way to deal with the dots on the eyes. The transparent outer layer of the Millennium figures' eyes can be hidden by morphs.
I created morphs for Victoria Reduced Resolution to reveal her eyes in the Cartoon display modes. Mazak has similar morphs for the regular Millennium figures.

Hi... is there a way to remove those white dots that appear on a body part? This is most noticable with the eyes of a model... How can we do it using only the "Render With Display Settings" and not having to use the other time-consuming render options (like draft and production) Thanks in advance guys..... (The animations I make in the "Render With Display Settings" look fine, except for the EYES that show those white dots in the movie...)
