Hi! I used to enjoy using Fractint a lot, but then ignored it for quite some time while learning Poser & other 3D apps. Anyway, I recently downloaded the latest Fractint. I can get it to work okay, except that I can't work in any decent video mode. Instead, I have to work in a low-res, very pixelated mode, & then render blind in a hi-res video-RAM mode. (Then close Fractint & open the .gif in another program to finally see what I've got.) There's gotta be a better way. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to run Fractint in a video mode other that what's on their list? I can handle up to 1600 in 32-bit True Color, but I'd settle for 1024x768 in 24- or 16-bit. (I'm using a Matrox Millennium G400.). Thanks for any help you can offer!
