Subject: What do sl, spl, and sm mean?

In the keys definition for a channel:

                        keys
                                {
                                static  1
                                k  0  0

                                }

Does anyone know what sl, spl, and sm mean? Normally the context of a directive's name helps figure out what the hell the directive's setting is for, and sometimes the number afterwards even helps. In the cae of spl and sm, they are voids, and sl only has a low int as an argument (or maybe a bool, knowing Poser you never can tell).

Dodger, AFAIK these lines ONLY ever appear in a .pz3 doc. I've noticed them often, since I tend to do rebuilds in the pz3 with cr2Edit, instead of re-opening the doc in poser. Unfortunately, I have no idea what they mean. And neither anthony's cr2 doc, nor VK's gives any explanation. At first I thought they were something to do with imported obj files, but the same lines appear in a figure within the pz3. So who knows what they are. mac

They refer to the interpolation options (spline, linear & constant) between keyframes in an animation.

For interpolation of the current keyframe: spl = spline interpolation lin = linear interpolation con = constant interpoltion For the transition through the keyframe: br = break spline sm = smooth transition I don't have a clue about the 'sl 1' line. It never seems to vary in any pz3's I've seen. If you happen to find out, let me know. Bill

cool! so I need to add lin, con, ad br to the @voids array in the module (it will work fine without but with it will be more correct) sl is still unknown, but it seems to only ever have 1, which means it's an int or a bool. I left it in @ints just in case one should ever have a different value and in case that different value should ever matter B^)
