Subject: Problems downloading at Daz?

Has anyone else had a problem downloading a purchase from Daz today? When I hit the link from the email, all I get is a blank screen. ...sigh... I've got to get it my purchases this morning, or I'll have to wait for at least 2 weeks to get them.

Call them, the number is on your receipt. If you are out of the US I will call them for you and let them know you are having a problem. I had a problem just now and they set up a download for me. Marque

I emailed them, no response. Call just gets me voice mail. I know they'll fix it, they always do. It's just I need to get them now before I leave for Indiana again. Thanks for the advice though!

Jim, Time zone difference. When you called them, they may not have been in the office yet. By 10 a.m. Mountain time I can usually reach anybody including the techs. Carolly

I'm west coast, Carolly, not east (at least today). Still no repsonse from my email.... sigh... I think I'll call again.

Glad you got them, I know that I've gotten addicted to the download my model and use it now myself...lol Instant gratification is only good if you get it right now. Marque

I had the same problem yesterday. The email link went to a completely blank page. But all you have to do is click the account icon at the top of the Daz webpage and that brings you to your account profile page. All of my available downloads from the recent purchase were right there, and those links worked fine.

I got the same thing, then I thought that maybe with the new system we'd have to be logged in, so I went to my account page and it worked fine. But it doesn't make sense, if you have to log in to download why send the links in the mail?
