Subject: odd download behavior

Hi Clint, I tried the reset dl, and it seems to have started (i see line activity) , but I never got any window or a chance to place the dl in a directory, so I have no idea where it is being filed. Is that normal? I always got a pop-up window and was able to browse to the specific location I wanted the file to be placed in on my drive on every other of the many previous purchases. Is there a way you can give me a normal link, so I can r-click and do a save-file-as...??? I am in a pinch, designing an icon/mascot for a MAJOR site. I need the boots ASAP.

Hi Clint, Apparently I am the victim of a stealthy IE upgrade. The functioning of downloading has been changed. I will have to determine how to control it. I did get the file, it seems to be saving it in a temp file and then lets me place it at the end of the download. Thanks for the help. -fritz

This should fix IE... Open Windows Explorer and Select Tools. In the Tools window select the File Types tab. Locate the "ZIP" extension and highlight it. Then select Advanced. Actions should be set to "Open". Confirm After Download should be checked. Clint
