My boss handed me this Friday. This is her son on their fishing trip to Alaska a few years back. He and his dad ended up driving 3 hours to get to a doc to remove the lure. She just wanted in scanned in, well I surely just couldn'nt leave it at that, I had to play with it. I'm still not happy with the right side shoreline, so I may work on it some more. Was curious what you guys thought about how it looked or if it needed more work. Thanks :)

The postwork looks just enough to get the colors right. But EEW! What is that? How did that get there? Why was he smiling??? That looks painful. :-(*

It looks nearly perfect. For perfection I would suggest removing the reflected tree on the right and left of his body. However, maybe you wanted them there since you cloned them wo well. In that case I think it looks perfect. Great job. Expecially with what you were given. Bsteph

They tell me, if you play with it too much, it will fall off.

Well star it's like this. It's the age old comic routine of little sister casting her line and big brother not paying attention to what she is doing. It kinda looks like a Rapala lure, not sure though. I think you're right on the tree bsteph, I'll take it out. At first I thought it looked okay but then sees that it's too distracting. Thanks Doca, are you and my better half in cahoots? She tells me that all the time. Not sure I want to test the thoery. L Thanks everyone.
