Nowhere in the process of ordering is there even the slightest suggestion that the product is not downloadable. Since there was a shipping charge, I assumed that you were doing as some companies do, and providing a both a shipped backup CD AND and immediate download. I am not happy. Can you at least tell me the shipping method and the expected arrival date?
Hi, The shipping method is Priority Mail with a signature confirmation 2-4 day delivery time. But you ordered the Vue Educational and we will need the student proof before the order can ship.
