Any of you guys know if theres a way to move around in the main viewport, without moving the cams? I need to do a wireframe capture in 2000x1400, so i would have to capture/paste 4 (or at least 2) parts together. I think ive read a topic about this, but i just cant find it.

The little hand on the right of the bryce window is the pan tool. Click and hold on it and start moving your mouse and the viewport will shift. As soon as you release the mouse button you are back in regular mode.

Pan works in a 2d plane in all views, not just Director and camera.

You can also set render resolution to 2000x1400, then zoom out so that eberything you want is seen in the viewport. Then go to render animation. Select single frame export, and shift-click the check mark. this will render a wireframe at 2000x1400 and save it as a single frame whereevr you specified.

Thanx man, but unfortunatly the zooming distorts the wire. I needed to blend the wireframe with the final render. :)

Aye, the "Pan" tool that electroglyph pointed out is also the spacebar on your keyboard. You can undistort the wireframe with the "Field of View" button, just North-East of the big Bryce trackball on the left. The trick is to set the document size to 2000x1400 first, then click the "Constrain Proportions" and size it so the whole model will fit in your window. Then, position your model, and rezise p to 2000x1400! Madmax's technique should work great... Masmax, thanks so much for the tip! I knew it was possible, but never found the time to go digging through forum threads... YOu are so full of great info and techniques!

And it worked beautifully on my so-called space-based gamma-ray laser array satellite...! Composited in Photoshop... This was on Bryce 4, even!
