Oh I see,sorry!!I wondered what happened,as I posted it in Bryce too.Thats sort of the reason I posted it to find out if it was a fraud thing.I was thinking about buying photoshop,and was going to check online prices first.

It goes on about how you have to be a legal owner, blah, blah, blah. Then it has the section on "No Refunds".
I think they're scamming people by selling them a useless copy (who would pay that much money to get a backup copy which they could easily burn themselves?) and wonder if you could actually install and use their copy? (especially for PSCS which requires registration)
These "backup" places would have to give a serial number in order for anyone to install it and make it work. If they don't offer a serial number, the CD is worthless. If they do offer a serial number then it's not a true "backup," of course. It would seem to me that selling an unusable copy is fraud.
Then there's the "No refunds" clause... and Adobe's "terms of Use" disclaimer.
Anyway i'd STAY CLEAR!!!
