well I tried to make a morph so the beard would bend forward but when I applied it to the beard and then turned the dial, the beard got really big and rotated (but it did bend:)) Am I doing something wrong? In max all I am doing is selecting the bottom of the mesh an bending it and then saving it as a new .obj then in Poser4 I import morph atrget and select that obj. An I doing something wrong? please help, thanks

Make sure you are importing it correctly. Go by Roy Riggs tutorial. Next, Don't change the shape of the WHGOLE mesh. I have noticed that if you don't leave at least PART of the mesh normal, it throws the morphs out of whack. Use Meshselect and EditMesh in 3ds. Riggs tutorial is posted in thge tutorials section.
