Hi Gurus, i imported (as vertex) an OBJ file created with Amapi 7.1 in my Carrara 3.03. I want to modify in Carrara part of this object. So i select the object, then clic on the model room which opens but.... Views are empty, despite that the object has all its informations displayed, as you can see in the screenshot, and the object seems to have a normal size !!!! Where's the catch ?????

Please heeeeellllppp :-)))))))))

Pull back as far as you can in the Director's Camera view. Your object may be bigger than you thought. Mark

Pete, The OBJ ports the object into the VM at a higher X,Y, and/or Z axis value. Pull back on the zoom for one of the axes (I'd use Left View) and try to see if you can see it then... Hold the Z key down and the ALT key to switch to ZOOM OUT. then click on the LEFT pane. Ken dork.gif
