Cant seem to purchase anything from the store, are there problems? Thanks!

Im trying to make a couple purchases, but when I go to my checkout it says something about needing to call customer service...I know my card is good because I just pulled money out last night, so I dunno.

Renderosity Store Staff My phone is down at the moment so I cant call as to why I cant purchase anything, and with the weekend coming up I want to use my time making a texture; so is there another way to figure out whats going on? email or chat perhaps? Thanks

hmm ok, I see that you've had 3 credit card failures. Maybe you entered the credit card incorrectly?? I'm going to reset that for you so that you can try your purchases again ok? Let me know if you continue to have problems. Thanks! Deb

Thanks Deb, I appreciate it to no end. I think the problem is that I changed the address on the credit card and didnt think of it when I went fo rmy purchase - its all fixed now!
