I'd contact ClintH or one of the good people on the Marketplace Customer forum...they usually help very quickly. If you haven't bought before, it takes longer to verify your information the first time than it does later on. Hi, im new and i bought some stuff from the store here. It tells me that i can download the items in my account, i go there, it shows what i bought, but now download button!! I sent the info they had asked for.. how long does it take?? anyone run into this?
