..but why is the #1 image(38 votes)on the Hot20 allowed to remain on there as it is in blatant violation of the rules? Doesn't this hinder more worthy ones to be shown? ~Thanks in advance~

Hi Helen- It was placed there by wrong means, yes, but if I remove it from the Hot 20, it is deleted from the gallery as well. Since it was not this artist's doing, I cannot rightfully delete his image. So, it is best to just let it ride for the full 7 days. Nick
