Long time, no post....
Just thought I'd drop by and check the photo forum now that I finally got back on this cyber web thingy again.

I'm currently working on an extended contract in the Baltimore, MD. area. Anyone have any secret photo spots around here that they would like to share with me (and the rest of the group)

I've already been to the usual places like D.C and Downtown Baltimores inner harbor.

I would appreciate any input from the locals (2-3 hour radius).

Check out Philadelphia and the surrounding area. I would be happy to meet you and show you around a bit. Its about an hour to an hour and a half up 95. There are tons of things to shoot up this way. Then of course you have the entire Chesapeke Bay to shoot too. Magick Michael zhounder@zhounder.com

Assateague and Chincoteague Island, Virginia -- IIRC, about 2 hours from Baltimore. The Maryland Renaissance Faire about 30 minutes from Baltimore -- Too bad that you'll have to wait until August for their season to start. Anapolis, MD about 10 minutes further than the RenFaire; State Capitol, also the US Naval Academy is located there. Follow I-70 west from Baltimore for about 2 hours and you'll reach some hilly areas with photo ops. The Appalachian Trail passes through Harpers Ferry, WV -- about 20 miles from Frederick, MD Towson University -- very much an up and down campus. That should help. MGD
