Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 29 7:57 am)
Hello, This is just a wild guess.... I had a similar experience once with a SCSI harddrive. I had to format the drive with format /U . Poser would just open and say "Out of memory". Reinstall of Poser had no effect. After complete format of the HD and reinstall it worked fine. If you already formated the drive then I'm not sure. Could be a bad call to a texture path that isn't correct. Try deleteing the troubled characters rsr files from RuntimeGeometriesect. and then let Poser rebuild them. Thats all I can think of. Serpent
I'm not using scsi and I'm familiar with the switch /U (for unconditional) wich I always use when formating, however I haven't been able to open the original pz3 files. I was hoping that some kind soul would send me the CR2 and SRS files for Nene401SE and YoungNene. They can be uploaded to my I-Drive http://www.idrive.com/. Login - mypz3 Pass - models - TIA.

I'm sure most of you are familiar with the characters created by Yamato and Kozaburo, LinLin, Mimi, etc. Well something strange began hapening. My Poser4 opens all characters but refuses to open Nene401SE and YoungNene. The program locks up and shuts off. All other files open fine. First I thought maybe the copies I have are corrupt so I downloaded new files. No luck. I uninstalled and reinstalled Poser4. Use the upgrade to 4.0.1 than 4.0.2 than 4.0.3. No cigar. Reformated the computer. Nada. Installed on Win98. No. Win98SE. Nono. WinME. Zilch. Win2000. Niet. Win2K Advanced Server... I can go on... Can someone tell me what's going on?
