How creating relistic eyes with the Material Room? Thanks.

One thing that improves them is to use an anisotropic shader in the alternate specular slot, used either on the cornea (if the character has such a material) or on all of the eye-parts (eye white, Iris and Pupil) It really makes the eyes look more wet and real.

And don't forget that reflections are a matter of light. Put at least one lightsource in front of the figure and play a bit with the position until it is reflected the way you want it. Sometimes it is completly legal (real) in a picture that NO reflections are visible. Often no reflections looks better (more real) than unmotivated reflections without a coresponding lightsource. Make sure that your eyes does look like spheres and not like discs. Avoid clean white eyewhite.
