I'm a new user and keep having a problem with tools being partially or totally off screen. How do I recover them when I can't click on thier drag section at the top ?

Reset to factory defaults.

heyas; and after ya get things set up the way you like 'em, click on a UI DOT to save 'em. if the ui dots are on screen when everything else is falling off, you can click on it to get things organized again. plus, if your ui starts up messed up every time... there's a fix for this... i posted it on the poser forum under... well, search for wayward ui, you should find it. :)
