Re post #2: You can't parent things to a group, only to an actor or prop. I assume you mean follow the jaw when the mouth opens. FyreSpiryt's sugestion sounds like the way to go, probably the only way. One problem, there are usually a number of head morphs that move the jaw, in addition to OpenLips many of the phoneme morphs will move the jaw, you might need a seperate prop morph for each.
"Inherit bends of parent" won't help with what you are trying to do, but if you want to know how to do it: From the menu bar, Object > Change Parent, there is a tick box "Inherit bends of parent". If you decide to try making a positioning morph, the easiest way is probably to use a magnet on the prop. Scale the MagZone way up, apply the face morph to the character with a value of 1.000, use the magnet to translate/rotate the prop into the correct position. Spawn a morph target, resave the prop to a pallet (with a diffrent name so as not to overwrite the original).

Here's a goodun... How does one go about attaching a prop to a characters chin so that it follow the jaw? I have a character with spines on his chin and they don't want to follow his chin. E V S
