Subject: Ultra Morph Man/Woman & Lemurtek 2nd Nature

Does anyone know if the morph targets available in Confucious' Ultra Morph Woman 3 and Ultra Morph Man are usable with Lemurtek's 2nd Nature figures? Thanks in advance.

In theory you should be able to transfer at least some of the morphs with Morph Manager. Best thing is to try :o)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

The second nature figures can use poser4 nude woman or man morphs on various bodyparts depending on the figure. The heads, necks, and in some cases the shins and feet are different mesh and will not take p4 figure morphs.

Awesome. Thanks for the replies :) Just to update - I downloaded the Ultramorph Man and purchased the Ultramorph Woman 3 - both by Confusius. I used MorphManager to transfer the body morphs to all of the Lemurtek Female and Male hybrids and they all work. The neck/head/shins/feet do not, obviously - but as it stands, the 2nd Nature series just got a whole lot more versatile for me now. :D

I have textures for Constanze and Wolfgang on my site. I hope to eventually do textures for the rest of the 2nd nature figures.

Remember to check for morphs intended for the creatures Lemurtek took the heads from. There's a set for the Poser cat, for instance, which lets you turn the cat-morphs into foxes, and others. Check the downloads section of the site referenced. The pic uses the Tobi character (with little_dragon's revised UV mapping) with a fox texture I'm working on.

Nice textures, Lyrra, but there's maybe one slight improvement you could make.

I picked this up from a thread here a week or two back. The way memory allocations and graphics stuff is usually done, uncompressed texture-map sizes can make a huge difference. 2046x2048 fits the memory allocation, but any larger and the memory use jumps. Something to do with powers of 2.

And some of yours are just over that size.

It could be a load of rubbish, but a slight reduction in the size of your textures would make a big difference.

I'd probably do that on my own working copies. I have to be a little careful on my system.

Toni and Tobi have the Capsces 9-lives morphs already converted (by Lemur with Beth's permission) I don't think direct transfer are possible due to the mesh mangling needed to amke the figures. Try it and see? antonia did I? I do try to keep textures down to a reasonable size. usually don't go over 2000px sq. My apologies! Lyrra
