You've added some real touches of realism there. Love the mood lighting and skin textures. And you appear to have added just the right amount of bump to the skin. It's pretty awesome!

nice! Eyebrows are a bit too thin for me, but then, I hate plucking. Awesome details -- the hair around the ears, the earrings, the depth of field. Texture is great as well, of course, lol.

thou and I, my friend, can, in the most flunkey world, make, each of us, one non-flunkey, one hero, if we like: that will be two heroes to begin with. (Carlyle)

It's an excellent start (maybe almost a finish)... but...(Sorry to be picky) 1. That eyebrow looks totally unreal to me. For real hairs I'd suggest a bit of blurring on the transmap (assuming that's how you did it); for "pencilled" eybrows, hmm... even more blurring? 2. The high-light on the left (her right) corner of the mouth is unconvincing. IMHO it's too straight and bright, and, being almost dead-centre of the image, takes focus away from what (as I understand it) should be the centre of interest of any portrait - the eyes. Ahh, well. Just my 0.2 worth. I'd have tremendous difficulty getting anywhere near that! Cheers, Diolma

actually, i'm against blurring the transmap on the eybrows. that tends to make it less realistic in my opinion. personally, i think they look just like real highly plucked eyebrows. whether one likes them or not is a matter of opinion (i think they look icky in general on real people). i'd also vote for toning down the shadows under eyes.
