Always include the order number in any emails you send to support, it helps a lot when they go hunting for the order you want help with ;) & always give them enough time to to work on it as they are probably very busy.

isn't it always the way? I sent them an email just over an hour ago but forgot the order number, so I thought sending another with the order number might help only just after I sent the second email a reply came in from the first email :) Thanks guys & girls :)
